Free-time activities
The free-time activities are another platform for building relationships with others and they often serve as follow-up activities for other parts of our ministry. We organize regular activities as well as one-time events. Most of them are based on Christian volunteers who decided to serve God this way. We offer free-time activities for various target groups from youth to seniors, for example: concerts, exhibitions, lectures on various topics, sports tournaments and outings as one-time events and senior meetings, Israeli dancing and board-game evenings as regular activities.
Half-way House
The purpose of Half-way House is to support integration of young people into the normal life in our society. Our users are young adults without functional family background who are likely to end up living in street. Mostly we work with children from orphanages who just turned 18 and thus became adults and had to leave the orphanage. Our help to them consists of temporary accommodation with basic equipment, various social educational classes and personal counseling. We also offer Christian consultancy to them upon request.
Computer Classes for Seniors
We want to improve computer abilities of our seniors through our computer classes. The classes are offered in three levels according to the skills of the participants. This program is supposed to help seniors to fight against social isolation.
